पंजीकरण हेतु आवेदन पत्र भरने से पूर्व निम्न जानकारी तैयार रखें:
1. बच्चे का आधार/यू.आई.डी. नंबर।.
2. बच्चे की जन्मतिथि।.
3. बच्चे की माता तथा पिता का नाम।.
4. श्रेणी – एस.सी./ एस.टी./ अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग/ सामान्य।.
5. निवास स्थान का पता पिन कोड सहित – बिना पिन कोड के आवेदन ऑनलाइन जमा नहीं हो पायेगा।.
6. कृपया क्लस्टर्स में सभी विद्यालयों की सूची अवश्य देखें। .
7. अभिभावक किसी एक क्लस्टर जो कि उनके घर के पास है उसको ध्यानपूर्वक चुनें।.
8. अभिभावक अपनी पसंद के क्रम अनुसार (वरीयता क्रम) विद्यालयों का चयन कर सकते हैं।.

अभिभावक विद्यालयों का चयन करते समय लिंग (लड़का/लड़की) ध्यान में रखकर ही विद्यालय का चयन करें।
अर्थात् लड़की के लिए Girls या Co-Ed तथा लड़के के लिए Boys या Co-Ed Gender वाले विद्यालय का ही चयन करें।

10. जहाँ तक संभव होगा विद्यालय का आवंटन उसी क्लस्टर में किया जायेगा।.

पंजीकरण हेतु आवेदन पत्र में भरी गयी जानकारी की सत्यता की पूरी जिम्मेवारी अभिभावक की होगी।.
12. किसी विद्यालय में केवल पंजीकरण मात्र से प्रवेश सुनिश्चित नहीं होगा। प्रवेश ऑनलाइन ड्रा द्वारा विद्यालय में रिक्त स्थान तथा विद्यालय की आधारभूत संरचना पर आधारित होगा।.
13. ड्रा द्वारा आवंटित विद्यालय में प्रवेश, विद्यालय द्वारा आवश्यक कागजात के सत्यापन के पश्चात ही किया जायेगा।.
14. किसी भी विद्यालय में प्रवेश लेने अथवा विद्यालय आवंटन के पश्चात स्थानांतरण अथवा विद्यालय का बदलाव नहीं किया जायेगा।.
15. आवेदन जमा हो जाने की पावती के तौर पर अभिभावक पंजीकरण फॉर्म का प्रिंट अवश्य ले लें। रीप्रिंट का आप्शन भी उपलब्ध है।.

डिलीट आप्शन उपलब्ध है यदि रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म में कोई गलत एंट्री/गलती हो गयी है तो फिर से आवेदन किया जा सकता है।
Parents have to keep the following details ready before filling the application form for registration:
1. Aadhaar Number/ UID of the child.
2. Date of Birth of the child.
3. Mother’s & Father’s name of the child.
4. Category- SC/ST/OBC/General.
5. Residential Address with pin code- without pin code the registration form cannot be resubmitted online.
6. Please see the entire list of Schools in all Clusters.
7. Parents should choose any one Cluster carefully according to their place of residence.
8. Parents have to give preference of Schools in one Cluster only carefully.

Parents should carefully select the School based on the gender of the Child i.e.,
for a girl child Girls or Co-Ed and for a boy child Boys or Co-Ed gendered School must be selected.
10. As far as possible the School will be allotted within the Cluster.

Parents will be solely responsible for the correctness of the information submitted online by them in the registration form.
12. Mere submission of online application form does not guarantee the admission in Govt.
Schools as admission will be done through online draw of lots as per number of seats available and infrastructure of the school.
13. Admission to selected children through online draw of lots will be confirmed only after the physical verification of requisite documents by the concerned School.
14. The students once allotted the school or admitted in school will not be changed or transferred to other school.
15. Please take print of the registration form after submission as acknowledgement. Reprint option is also available.
16.
Delete option is available ,in case a wrong entry/mistake has been made in the registration form.The form can be filled afresh for resubmission.
