4. Sr. Secondary Exploring value of Sin X using unit circle The unit circle, a circle with radius 1 centered at the origin (0, 0),
provides a visual way to understand sin x. For any angle x measured
counterclockwise from the positive x-axis, the coordinates of the point
where the terminal side of the angle intersects the unit circle are (cos x, sin x)
The value of sin x corresponds to the y-coordinate of this point.
Key properties include:
• sin x = 0 at 0 deg , 180 deg , and 360 deg
• sin x = 1 at 90 deg , and -1 at 270 deg
• sin x > 0 in the first and second quadrants, and sin x < 0 in the third and fourth quadrants.
This method helps visualize the periodic and oscillatory behavior .

6. Sr. Secondary 3-D GEOMETRY AND VECTOR ALGEBRA As it is very difficult to teach three dimensional concepts of 3-D and Vector Algebra
on 2-D(a black board ) so I use my TLM to explain various concepts
of 3-D like position if a point ,distance of a point from an axis or a
plane etc and in Vector Algebra like free vectors, position vector,
direction cosines, magnitude of a vector ,equal vectors,
parallel vectors and skew lines.

7. Sr. Secondary Sequence and series Introduction to Fibonacci sequence with an activity. It helps students develop pattern
recognition and problem solving skills. The Fibonacci sequence
can be used to model real world phenomena, such as arrangement
of leaves on stems , branching of trees, helping students understand special
relationships and natural patterns.

8. Sr. Secondary Functions "The 'FUNCTIONS' Teaching Learning Material (TLM) offers a dynamic, game-based
approach to teaching different types of functions (relations, one-to-one, many-to-one, onto, and into)
to Class XII students. Students create visual representations of
functions using simple materials like cardboard, pre made cardboard
sets, pushpins, and rubber bands. For example, pushpins might represent
inputs and rubber bands illustrate the connection to the outputs.
This hands-on activity helps students understand fundamental concepts, develop problem-solving
skills, and enhance mathematical reasoning.
The document TLM “FUNCTIONS” for Optimal Learning:
A Step-by-Step Guide provides a comprehensive guide to using the "FUNCTIONS"
Teaching Learning Material effectively to teach functions to Class XII students.
The guide provides step-by-step instructions for individual and team activities,
assessment methods, and suggestions for teacher adaptation to suit their
individual classroom needs.
This interactive tool makes learning about functions fun and engaging,
leading to a deeper understanding of this crucial mathematical concept

23. Sr. Secondary Introduction to 3-D Geom. & Vectors Hello my name is Ashok Kumar Arora, I am PGT Math.
The title of my TLM is INTRODUCTION TO 3D AND VECTORS
Actually the reason behind making it is to bridge between theoretical and visual learning.
And Students may easily understand initial concepts of 2-Dimentional to 3-Dimentional, Vectors and St. Lines.
• As you may see that it is simple in design
• I have re-used waste TV Card Board Box so it is with very less cost
• My TLM is echo friendly too
• It is interactive and based on learning by doing.
• Use of my TLM starts from Middle Standard to Sr. Sec. Level
It has many uses which makes easy to understand by visualising or touching it:-
• The difference between 2D and 3D which starts from Middle Standard
• When I use this TLM in class I felt that students may easily understand the division of space into octants by
intersection of 3 planes. They are able to understand how three exes i.e. x-axis, y-axis and z-axis are mutually
perpendicular to each other.
• Its helps to understand 3D co-ordinate system
• Students may themselves check the change of Sign of coordinates in different octants
• I am feeling comfort to deliver the Concept of P.V. of a point in space.
• Using this accessory which shows the angle made by a vector or line with x-axis, y-axis and z-axis students may
understand the Concept of D.C.’s of a Vector or line / D.R.’s
• Last but not the least this accessory helps the students to easily understand that how two non-parallel lines in space
are there which are non-intersecting known as Skew Lines and this accessory also contains the line of Shortest
Distance. Which helps the students to understand that which S.D. they are calculating in the questions.
